The invention relates to a steel structure membrane shutter fast installation device and method.The installation device comprises a first connecting base vertically connected to the position, where a membrane shutter is to be installed, of a steel structure in advance and a second connecting base connected to the membrane shutter in advance, the first end of the sleeve is perpendicularly fixed to the membrane shutter, an inclined hole is reserved in the second end of the sleeve, and an included angle consistent with the installation angle of the membrane shutter is formed between the axis of the inclined hole and the axis of the sleeve; the rotating bolt is inserted into the sleeve, a nut of the rotating bolt is clamped and embedded in the inclined hole, and a bolt body of the rotating bolt penetrates out of the inclined hole and is detachably connected to the first connecting base. The system is simple in structure and convenient to construct, a modular installation system is adopted, the positioning precision is remarkably improved, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
