The invention discloses a steel structure rapid installation node structure which comprises a steel column and a cross beam, the side face of the steel column is fixedly connected with a cross beam connecting base, a matched groove is formed in the cross beam connecting base, and closure sections are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam and embedded in the matched groove; and a mounting positioning assembly and an auxiliary fixing assembly are arranged on the wedging groove. By arranging the cross beam connecting base, when the steel column and the cross beam are connected, the folding section on the cross beam is embedded into the matching groove in the cross beam connecting base, rough positioning of the steel column and the cross beam is completed, then auxiliary positioning is conducted through the installation positioning assembly, and fixing operation is conducted through the auxiliary fixing assembly; welding is replaced to a certain extent, operation is simplified, and efficiency is improved; through the embedding operation of the closure section and the wedging groove, the problems that in the prior art, positioning is inaccurate, the use range is limited, and welding on a super high-rise steel structure building is difficult due to a direct welding and fixing method are solved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构快速安装节点构造,包括钢柱、横梁,钢柱侧面固定连接有横梁连接座,横梁连接座上设置有契合凹槽,横梁两端设置有合拢段,合拢段嵌合于契合凹槽内;契合凹槽上设置有安装定位组件、辅助固定组件。本申请通过设置横梁连接座,在进行钢柱与横梁的连接时,将横梁上的合拢段嵌合于横梁连接座上的契合凹槽内,完成对于钢柱和横梁的粗步定位,之后再通过安装定位组件进行辅助定位,以及通过辅助固定组件进行固定操作,在一定程度上代替焊接,简化操作、提升效率;通过合拢段与契合凹槽的嵌合操作,解决了现有技术直接焊接固定的方法造成的定位不准确、使用范围受限及对于在超高层钢结构建筑进行焊接较为困难的问题。
