Segmented bidirectional large-deformation anchor rod
The segmented bidirectional large-deformation anchor rod comprises a hole outer section anchoring part, a hole opening section anchor rod body, at least one hole middle section anchor rod body and a hole bottom section anchor rod body which are sequentially connected. The head ends of the hole opening section, the hole middle section and the hole bottom section of the anchor rod are all arranged in the constant resistance device and are fastened; the tail end of the anchor rod is in threaded connection with a connecting chain, and the connecting chain is further connected to the next structural unit; the connecting chains are connected in a retaining ring mode so that large deformation of the anchor rod in the vertical direction can be achieved. The anchor rod is divided into a plurality of sections, each section is provided with the constant-resistance device, large deformation of the anchor rod at different positions is achieved through sliding of the constant-resistance devices at different positions so that the anchor rod can coordinate with a non-uniform displacement field of surrounding rock, in addition, the anchor rod sections are connected through the connecting chains, rotation of the anchor rod in the tangential direction is achieved, and the anchor rod adapts to large shear deformation of the surrounding rock; and shear fracture of the anchor rod is prevented.
本发明公开了一种分段双向大变形锚杆,包括依次连接的孔外段锚固部分、孔口段锚杆、至少一根孔中段锚杆、和孔底段锚杆;所述孔口段、孔中段和孔底段锚杆头端均内置于恒阻器中并紧固;锚杆尾端螺纹连接有连接链条,连接链条进一步连接到下一结构单元;所述连接链条为扣环连接,以实现锚杆垂直方向大变形。本发明将锚杆分为多节,且每节均设置恒阻器,通过不同部位恒阻器的滑移实现不同部位锚杆的大变形以便与围岩的不均匀位移场相协调,此外,通过连接链条将每节锚杆连接,实现锚杆沿切向的转动,适应围岩的剪切大变形,防止锚杆发生剪切断裂。
