The invention relates to a large special-shaped steel anchor beam segmentation in-situ assembly construction method. A sliding position control body is arranged between a sliding pressing plate and an adjacent sliding groove supporting column, and a transverse position control body is arranged on the side facing a stiff framework; a first side pressure bolt, a second side pressure bolt and a third side pressure bolt are arranged on the side wall of the anchor beam back plate; a vertical position correcting body and a lifting guide groove are arranged on the platform top plate, and the vertical position and the transverse position of the lower-layer steel anchor beam are corrected through the vertical position correcting body and the first position correcting bolt respectively; the two side faces of the anchor beam back plate are heated and cooled through the first temperature control pipe and the second temperature control pipe correspondingly; a supporting frame hanging plate is arranged on the lower-layer steel anchor beam, supporting frame stand columns are connected with a groove top hanging plate through inclined hanging bolts, and a transverse connecting bolt is arranged between the two supporting frame stand columns; and the vertical position and the transverse position of the upper-layer steel anchor beam are controlled through the third position correcting bolt and the second position correcting bolt correspondingly. The installation efficiency and accuracy of the anchor beam back plate and the steel anchor beam are improved, and welding temperature deformation of the large-thickness steel plate is reduced.
