A control mechanism is mounted at the position, close to one side, of the upper end of the base, the stirring mechanism comprises a mounting cavity formed in the lower side of the water tank, a first fixing plate is fixedly connected to the interior of the mounting cavity, and a first motor is fixedly connected to one end of the first fixing plate. Through cooperative use of the stirring mechanism, the switching mechanism and the control mechanism, the mixing efficiency of the device can be improved, labor output can be reduced, the switching mechanism is convenient for supplementing a water source to the water tank during working, rainwater can be collected, the control mechanism increases the irrigation area, and the water resource is saved and utilized.
