The problem that crop growth is affected by drought when rain is little in the northern area at present is solved, meanwhile, the problem that rainwater is prone to loss when it rains is solved, the water storage base and the extension cylinder are connected together through the arranged water storage base and extension cylinder, and therefore water storage tanks of different sizes are formed, and the water storage tank is convenient to use. Rainwater in rainy days is collected and stored and then flows to all positions of the soil through the water conveying pipe for irrigation, so that water resources are better saved, and better growth of crops is facilitated.
