The invention discloses a porcelain insulator slip casting method, and relates to the field of insulators, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing raw materials, and carrying out ball milling to prepare slurry; s2, sieving the ball-milled slurry to remove iron, and performing aging treatment; s3, the forming mold is opened, slurry obtained after screening and iron removal is injected into the forming mold, the slurry injection pressure is 3-5 MPa, meanwhile, the forming mold is centrifuged, and centrifugation is stopped till slurry injection is completed; then, the interior of the forming mold is vacuumized, so that gas in the slurry is pumped away; s4, demolding after the green body has certain strength; and S5, drying the green body to obtain an insulator green body. The method has the beneficial effects that the grouting pressure is increased firstly, the grouting time can be shortened, and moisture diffusion can be accelerated; the mold is centrifuged during pressurization, bubbles in the slurry can be removed, finally, the interior of the mold is vacuumized, air in the slurry is pumped away, and therefore the density and strength of the insulator are improved.
本发明公开了一种瓷绝缘子注浆成型方法,涉及绝缘子领域,包括以下步骤:S1、将原料混合,球磨制备泥浆;S2、将球磨好的泥浆进行过筛除铁、陈腐处理;S3、打开成型模具,将过筛除铁后的泥浆注入成型模具中,注浆压力为3~5MPa,同时对成型模具进行离心,直至注浆完成,关闭离心;然后对成型模具内部进行抽真空,以将泥浆中的气体抽走;S4、待坯体具有一定强度后,脱模;S5、将坯体进行干燥,得到绝缘子生坯。本发明的有益效果先是加大注浆压力,能够缩短注浆时间和加速水分扩散;在加压的同时对模具进行离心,能够将泥浆中的气泡除去,最后再对模具内部抽真空,将泥浆中的空气抽走,从而提高绝缘子致密度和强度。
