Alumina-based porcelain insulator porcelain body and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an alumina-based porcelain insulator porcelain body. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing composite powder; (2) obtaining coated powder; (3) obtaining phosphorus modified powder; (4) performing wet ball milling and mixing on aluminum oxide, the phosphorus modified powder, diboron trioxide, potassium feldspar powder, talcum powder, wollastonite powder, kaolin and zirconium silicide in a ball mill to obtain mixed pug; pressing mud, performing compression molding to prepare a blank, and sintering to obtain the porcelain insulator porcelain body. The insulator porcelain body prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good low-temperature cycle resistance and mechanical property, so that the insulator can be applied to an environment with relatively low air temperature and severe weather change, and the service time of the insulator in the environment is prolonged.
