Friction type damping device giving consideration to energy consumption and limiting
The invention discloses a friction type damping shock absorption device considering energy consumption and limiting. The friction type damping shock absorption device comprises a bottom plate, a fixed energy consumption plate, a movable energy consumption plate, a horizontal sliding block, an elastic element, a pin shaft and a plurality of fasteners. The bottom plate is used for being fixed to a pier, the fixed energy consumption plates are fixed to the bottom plate, and the two energy consumption plates and the horizontal sliding blocks are fixedly pressed together through the elastic elements and the pin shafts. A first friction groove is formed in the face, making contact with the horizontal sliding block, of the fixed energy consumption plate, and similarly, a second friction groove is correspondingly formed in the movable energy consumption plate. The bottom face of the first friction groove is a wedge-shaped surface composed of a first inclined face, an arc face and a second inclined face, and the first inclined face and the second inclined face are both tangent to the arc face. The second friction groove and the first friction groove have the same structure; the horizontal sliding block is provided with wedge-shaped protrusions matched with the first friction groove and the second friction groove. A good earthquake energy dissipation effect can be achieved, the main beam can be rapidly recovered to the initial position after an earthquake, and meanwhile the beam falling phenomenon can be effectively prevented through the limiting stoppers.
