The invention discloses a bridge damping device using super-plastic energy consumption plates and super-elastic energy consumption limiting rods. An upper connecting steel plate and a lower connecting steel plate of the device are fixed to the bottom face of a beam body and the top face of a pier respectively, energy dissipation and limiting elements are arranged between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate, and the upper end and the lower end of a superplastic U-shaped energy dissipation alloy plate and a single steel anchoring limiter arranged in pairs are fixed to the upper connecting steel plate and the lower connecting steel plate respectively. The hyperelastic alloy energy consumption limiting rod penetrates through preformed holes of the steel anchoring limiters which are arranged in pairs, the two ends of the hyperelastic alloy energy consumption limiting rod are limited in a one-way mode through nuts, and the nuts are prevented from loosening and falling off through safety pins; and the buffer rubber pad is arranged on the inner side of the steel anchoring limiter steel plate. The free deformation requirement during normal use of the bridge and the multi-stage energy consumption, large earthquake limiting and self-resetting requirements during earthquake resistance design of the bridge are considered, and the device is suitable for the earthquake resistance design of the bridge in a near-fault area under the action of earthquakes with different intensities and has the advantages that the structure is simple, the energy consumption element is good in durability and can be replaced in time, and the cost is low. And timely repair after strong shock is facilitated.
