Rail transit overground station reconstruction method
The invention discloses a reconstruction method of a rail transit overground station, which comprises the following steps of: mounting side platforms on two sides of the station, mounting protective shed rails on the side platforms, and constructing extension platforms at two ends of the side platforms at two ends; protective shed ground rails are installed, movable protective shed units are assembled, the movable protective shed units are hoisted to the protective shed rails on the two sides of the station and slide to the position above an existing station canopy, and the multiple movable protective shed units are spliced into a tunnel type protective shed; newly-built canopy supporting stand columns and temporary supporting structures are installed, and a newly-built canopy upper steel structure is installed; and the existing canopy, the movable protective shed and the extension platform are dismantled. According to the construction method, dominant resources are concentrated for continuous operation, the duration time of key lines is fully shortened, the hoisting radiuses of a truck crane and a crawler crane are fully utilized, extension platforms are built at the two ends of the old canopy to serve as transfer platforms of various machines and materials, and the intermediate transfer process is saved to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种轨道交通地上车站的改建方法,包括:在车站两侧安装侧式站台,在侧式站台上安装护棚轨道,在两端侧式站台两端搭建延伸平台;护棚地面轨道安装,组装移动护棚单元,将移动护棚单元吊装到车站两侧的护棚轨道并滑移至既有车站雨棚的上方,多个移动护棚单元拼接为隧道式的防护棚;安装新建雨棚支撑立柱及临时支撑结构,安装新建雨棚上部钢结构;拆除既有雨棚、移动防护棚和延伸平台。本发明的施工方法集中优势资源连续作业,充分压缩关键线路持续时间,充分利用汽车吊和履带吊起吊半径,在旧雨棚两端搭建延伸平台作为各种机械和材料的中转平台,最大限度的节省中间中转流程。
