Ceramic with frosted matte glaze layer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ceramic with a frosted matte glaze layer and a preparation method of the ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a ceramic blank and then drying; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing clay, perovskite, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, attapulgite, baryta-hard manganese ore, yttria, calcite, ihan stone, medical stone and anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate, and then grinding; mixing the glaze layer material and water according to the mass ratio of (2-1): 1 to obtain slurry; grinding other nepheline and feldspar, and adding the ground nepheline and feldspar into the slurry; independently grinding silicon dioxide; spraying an acetal solution on the surface of the prepared blank body; and uniformly scattering the ground silicon dioxide on the surface of the ceramic body, coating the slurry, and carrying out spray drying and firing to obtain the ceramic. The raw materials are adjusted, so that a large amount of glass phase is not separated out from the finally sintered glaze layer, and the glossiness of the glaze layer is reduced. And the raw material ratio and the raw material additive selection control are combined with the firing temperature control in the preparation process, so that the product has the characteristics of matte rough surface.
本发明公开一种带磨砂亚光釉层的陶瓷及其制备方法。该方法为:制作陶瓷胚体后烘干;将粘土、钙钛矿、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、凹凸棒土、钡硬锰矿、三氧化二钇、方解石、符山石、麦饭石和无水焦磷酸钠混合,然后研磨;按照釉层材料与水质量比为2~1:1进行混合,得到浆料;另外的霞石和长石研磨加入浆料中;二氧化硅单独研磨;在制备得到的胚体表面上喷涂缩醛溶液;然后将研磨后二氧化硅均匀洒落在陶瓷坯体表面,然后涂覆上浆料,然后喷雾干燥,烧制,即得。本申请中通过原料的调整,使得最终烧成的釉层不析出大量的玻璃相,减少釉层的光泽度。在原料配比以及原料添加剂的选择控制方面结合制备过程中的烧成温度控制,使得产品具有亚光粗面的特点。
