Blue matte gradient glaze ceramic and preparation method thereof
The blue matte gradient glaze ceramic comprises a ceramic body, and the surface of the ceramic body is provided with white ground glaze and blue cover glaze; the white ground glaze comprises the following components: 45-60 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-20 parts of aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts of potassium oxide, 1-5 parts of sodium oxide, 3-10 parts of calcium oxide, 10-20 parts of barium oxide and 3-10 parts of zirconium oxide; the blue cover glaze comprises the following components: 45-60 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-15 parts of aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts of potassium oxide, 0.5-3 parts of sodium oxide, 3-10 parts of calcium oxide, 1-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 20-30 parts of zinc oxide, 0.1-1 part of cobalt oxide and 0.03-0.4 part of divalent cobalt soluble salt; the thickness of the glaze layer is gradually reduced from the center to the edge, the glaze color of the glaze surface is gradually reduced from the center to the edge due to the change of the thickness of the glaze layer, and water-soluble cobalt ions and soluble salts in the blue cover glaze are gradually diffused to a larger area at the junction of the cover glaze and the ground glaze, so that the difference of the glaze color effect is achieved, and the multi-layer overlapped glaze color effect is achieved; and the formed glaze pattern looks like blue morning glory and has a unique artistic effect.
