Aerogel inorganic composite A-grade polyphenyl non-combustible insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to an aerogel inorganic composite A-grade polyphenyl non-combustible insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-2000 parts of a cementing material, 50-600 parts of filler, 100-400 parts of aerogel slurry, 50-500 parts of expanded polystyrene particles, 5-20 parts of fibers, 5-20 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-10 parts of an anti-cracking agent and 10-20 parts of a water repellent, the aerogel slurry is prepared by adding aerogel powder into pure water containing a wetting dispersant; according to the A-grade polyphenyl non-combustible insulation board disclosed by the invention, the aerogel is added by adopting a method of adding the aerogel water-based slurry, so that the aerogel can be better dispersed in the mixture, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the insulation board can be reduced; the polyphenyl insulation board can be used in a building external wall insulation system, and overcomes the defects that the existing polyphenyl insulation board has a B-grade combustion grade and is inflammable.
本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种气凝胶无机复合A级聚苯不燃保温板及其制备方法;以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:胶凝材料500~2000份、填料50~600份、气凝胶浆料100~400份、发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒50~500份、纤维5~20份、减水剂5~20份、抗裂剂1~10份、憎水剂10~20份;所述气凝胶浆料为将气凝胶粉体加入到含有润湿分散剂的纯水中配置而成;本发明A级聚苯不燃保温板,采用加入气凝胶水性浆料的方法来添加气凝胶,使得气凝胶能更好的在混合物中分散,能使保温板的导热系数降低;可用于建筑外墙保温系统中,解决了现有聚苯保温板燃烧等级为B级、易燃等缺点。
