Preparation process of cement water reducing agent
The invention relates to the field of water reducing agents, in particular to a preparation process of a cement water reducing agent. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, taking water as a base solution, adding sodium sulfanilate and phenol into the base solution, and heating and stirring to obtain a solution A; 2, adding formaldehyde and caustic soda liquid into the solution A, and stirring at constant temperature to obtain a solution B; and 3, condensing the solution B, cooling and stirring to obtain the water reducing agent. The preparation process of the cement water reducing agent also uses a preparation device of the cement water reducing agent, and the device comprises a conical barrel, a special-shaped barrel fixedly connected to the conical barrel, two feeding pipes fixedly connected to the conical barrel, and two supplementing pipes fixedly connected to the special-shaped barrel. The device has the advantage that the feeding dispersion effect of the water reducing agent raw materials can be enhanced.
