The invention belongs to the technical field of water reducing agents, and particularly relates to a preparation process of a water reducing agent, which comprises: 1, preparing a first mixed solution: mixing a formaldehyde solution and acetaldehyde, stirring, heating, and standing to obtain the first mixed solution; step 2, preparing a second mixed solution, namely mixing and stirring sodium sulfite, sodium pyrosulfite, pyruvic acid, water, an a HSC water-reducing activator, aminobenzenesulfonic acid and sodium lignin sulfonate, standing, and dropwise adding the first mixed solution to obtainthe second mixed solution; and step 3, adding an air entraining agent and retarding: adding the air entraining agent and calcium lignosulphonate into the second mixed solution to obtain a water reducing agent, wherein the step 1 is completed by adopting a water reducing agent preparation device in a matching manner. According to the invention, the aliphatic water reducer raw material can be ensured to be uniformly heated, and volatile formaldehyde can be ensured to drop back to the aliphatic water reducer raw material, so that the performance of the aliphatic water reducer is ensured.
本发明属于减水剂技术领域,具体涉及一种减水剂制备工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制备第一混合液:将甲醛溶液和乙醛混合搅拌后,加热静置,得到第一混合液;步骤二、制备第二混合液:将亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、丙酮酸、水、HSC减水激发剂、氨基苯磺酸和木质素磺酸钠混合搅拌后静置,向其中滴加第一混合液,得到第二混合液;步骤三、加入引气和缓凝:向第二混合液中加入引气剂和木质磺酸钙盐,即得减水剂;其中,步骤一采用一种减水剂制备装置配合完成。本发明能保证脂肪族系减水剂原料得到均匀加热,且能保证挥发的甲醛都回滴至脂肪族系减水剂原料,进而保证了脂肪族系减水剂的性能。
