A building horizontal displacement measuring device disclosed by the present invention comprises a bearing plate and a cleaning mechanism, the cleaning mechanism is composed of a V-shaped plate, bristles, a rubber scraper blade, an air blower and an L-shaped pipe, the V-shaped plate is arranged at the bottom end of the bearing plate, the bristles are fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the V-shaped plate, and a connecting plate is arranged on the inner wall of a through groove in a penetrating manner. The rubber scraper is fixedly connected to the top end of the connecting plate, the air blower is fixedly installed at the top end of the bearing plate, one end of the L-shaped pipe is fixedly connected with the output end of the air blower in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the L-shaped pipe penetrates through the top end of the bearing plate and extends to the position below the bearing plate. By means of the arrangement of the V-shaped plate, the bristles, the rubber scraping plate, the air blower and the L-shaped pipe, through the V-shaped arrangement of the V-shaped plate, the bristles can sweep part of sundries towards the two sides of the V-shaped plate, the rubber scraping plate can shovel some sundries adhering to a bridge floor, displacement can be measured through a distance measuring instrument while scribing is conducted, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
