The preparation method of the pavement repairing material provided by the invention can fully excite the potential activity of the iron tailing powder, and the pavement repairing material prepared by replacing part of cement with the activated iron tailing powder has better physical and mechanical properties; the pavement repairing material can also be ensured to have better strength, durability and wear resistance, the generation of pavement cracks is reduced, the secondary utilization of the tailings is realized, and the harm of the iron tailings to the environment is reduced.
本发明涉及路面修复工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种路面修复材料及其制备方法,该路面修复材料由如包括下重量份数的原料制成:铁尾矿粉25~30份,水泥熟料260~275份,砂895~910份,水145~160份和二水石膏粉末0.5~1份。本发明提供的路面修复材料的制备方法能够充分激发铁尾矿粉的潜在活性,利用活化后的铁尾矿粉替代部分水泥制备得到的路面修复材料各项物理力学性能较好,在减少水泥使用量的基础上,还能够保证路面修复材料具有较好的强度、耐久性和耐磨性能,减少路面裂缝的产生,实现了尾矿的二次利用,降低了铁尾矿对环境的危害。
