The invention relates to the technical field of refractory material preparation, in particular to an aluminum oxide-silicon carbide-carbon series refractory material prepared from aluminum ash and a preparation method of the aluminum oxide-silicon carbide-carbon series refractory material. A formula for preparing the refractory material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of secondary aluminum ash, 45-65 parts of carbonized rice husk, 20-40 parts of carbon black, 30-60 parts of water, 3-6 parts of a monomer, 1.5-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.3-0.6 part of a dispersing agent and 0.03-0.06 part of an initiator. The prepared refractory material is good in compactness and high in breaking strength.
本发明涉及耐火材料制备的技术领域,具体的说是一种利用铝灰制备的氧化铝‑碳化硅‑碳系耐火材料及其制备方法,制备耐火材料需要的配方包括如下:二次铝灰30至50份、碳化稻壳45至65份、炭黑20至40份、水30至60份、单体3至6份、交联剂1.5至3份、分散剂0.3至0.6份、引发剂0.03至0.06份。本发明制备的耐火材材料致密性好,抗折强度高。
