Method for preparing aluminum oxide-silicon carbide-carbon series refractory raw material by using secondary aluminum ash as raw material
The invention provides a method for preparing an aluminum oxide-silicon carbide-carbon series refractory raw material by using secondary aluminum ash as a raw material, and particularly relates to the technical field of secondary aluminum ash treatment. The method comprises the steps: adding secondary aluminum ash into water, and preparing a mixed solution; filtering the mixed solution to obtain filter residues; washing and drying filter residues to obtain secondary aluminum ash pretreatment powder; then adding the secondary aluminum ash pretreatment powder, carbonized rice husks and corundum balls into a planetary ball mill for ball milling to obtain mixed fine powder; uniformly stirring the mixed fine powder, aluminum sol and water to obtain pug; adding the pug into a sugarcoating machine to prepare prefabricated particles; and finally, baking and carrying out heat treatment on the prefabricated particles under the reducing atmosphere condition, and obtaining a target product. The method is high in secondary aluminum ash utilization rate and low in production cost; and the refractory aggregate is high in volume density, low in porosity and small in reheating linear change.
本发明提供一种利用二次铝灰为原料制备氧化铝‑碳化硅‑碳系耐火原料的方法,具体涉及二次铝灰处理技术领域,先将二次铝灰加入到水中,制得混合液;将混合液经过滤得到滤渣;再将滤渣洗涤、干燥,得到二次铝灰预处理粉;然后将二次铝灰预处理粉、碳化稻壳和刚玉球加入到行星球磨机中进行球磨得到混合细粉;再将混合细粉、铝溶胶和水搅拌均匀,制得泥料;将泥料加入糖衣机中,制得预制粒;最后将预制粒先经过烘烤,然后在还原气氛条件下热处理,获得目标产品;本发明二次铝灰利用率高和生产成本低;耐火骨料体积密度大、气孔率低和重烧线变化小。
