The invention relates to the technical field of bridge structures, aims to solve some problems in the prior art, and provides a railway beam end large-displacement telescopic device which comprises a floating displacement box and a plurality of special-shaped sleepers arranged at intervals, a supporting longitudinal beam is arranged in the floating displacement box, and the floating displacement box is partially or completely embedded in a railway ballast. The floating displacement box is connected with special-shaped sleepers, the special-shaped sleepers comprise special-shaped fixed sleepers located above beam bodies on the two sides of a beam seam and special-shaped movable sleepers located above the beam seam, and the special-shaped fixed sleepers located at the beam ends and the ballast blocking wall at the same beam end are restrained in the bridge direction through a fixed restraining structure. The special-shaped fixed sleepers located at the beam ends are connected with all the special-shaped movable sleepers through displacement control devices. The supporting longitudinal beam can adapt to linear adjustment of a line and be matched with the rigidity of a ballast track bed, the maintainability of tamping of a large machine can be met, meanwhile, the mounting height of the supporting longitudinal beam is increased through the special-shaped sleepers, and the bearing requirement of a railway large-displacement bridge can be better met.
本发明涉及桥梁结构技术领域,旨在克服现有技术的一些问题,提供一种铁路梁端大位移伸缩装置,包括浮动位移箱和多个间隔设置的异型轨枕,浮动位移箱内部设置有支承纵梁,浮动位移箱部分或者全部埋设于道砟内,浮动位移箱上连接有异型轨枕,异型轨枕包括位于梁缝两侧梁体上方的异型固定轨枕、以及位于梁缝上方的异型活动轨枕,位于梁端处的异型固定轨枕与同一梁端处的挡砟墙通过固定约束结构进行顺桥向约束,位于梁端处的异型固定轨枕与所有异型活动轨枕通过位移控制装置相连接;本发明可适应线路的线性调整和匹配有砟道床刚度,能够满足大机捣固的可维护性,同时采用异型轨枕提高了支承纵梁的安装高度,能更好的适应铁路大位移桥梁的承载需求。
