The lake surface foreign matter salvaging and cleaning machine comprises a support and driving parts installed on the two sides of the support, each driving part comprises a driving motor and a rotating blade connected with the driving motor, and the driving motors drive the rotating blades to rotate so that the lake surface foreign matter salvaging and cleaning machine can move on the lake surface; the roller comprises a cylindrical body and a salvage plate arranged on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, an output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the cylindrical body, a notch is formed in the bottom, corresponding to the salvage plate, of the cylindrical body, and a storage device is arranged below the notch and used for collecting foreign matter salvaged by the salvage plate.
