The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof.The high-strength recycled aggregate concrete comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of cement; 20 to 25 parts of sand material; 60 to 70 parts of recycled aggregate; 40 to 50 parts of water; 20 to 30 parts of a filling body; the filling body comprises nano calcium carbonate and nano carbon fibers which are mixed according to the mass ratio of (2-9): (1-3); the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, primarily mixing; and S2, blending. According to the high-strength recycled aggregate concrete, the porosity of recycled aggregate can be reduced, and the strength of the concrete is improved.
