The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, in particular to high-strength recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation process thereof, and the high-strength recycled aggregate concrete mainly comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 30-50 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 80-130 parts of water, 10-20 parts of reinforced fiber and 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method of the reinforced fiber comprises the following steps: S11, heating and melting polyamide 66 and polymethacrylate, mixing with calcium chloride to prepare a coating solution, smearing the surface of the steel fiber with the coating solution, and drying to prepare a pretreated fiber; and S12, dipping the pretreated fiber prepared in the step S11 in an acetone solution, taking out and drying. The method has the advantage of improving the mechanical strength of the recycled aggregate concrete.
