The invention discloses water-borne epoxy resin modified cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The hyperbranched polyether epoxy resin is prepared, so that the number of branched groups of the epoxy resin is increased, a more complex cross-linked network can be generated when the hyperbranched polyether epoxy resin is in contact with a curing agent, the strength of the epoxy resin is enhanced, and the strength of the cement mortar is improved; meanwhile, siloxane groups are also grafted in the prepared modified epoxy resin, and the high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of the epoxy resin are enhanced by utilizing the strong polarity and high bond energy of silicon-oxygen bonds; meanwhile, due to the property of the hyperbranched polymer, the viscosity of the prepared modified epoxy resin is reduced, the modified epoxy resin can be mixed with materials such as cement and fine aggregate without additionally adding an epoxy resin diluent, and the phenomenon that the mortar strength is affected due to dense bubbles in mortar caused by too much diluent is avoided.
本发明公开了一种水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆及其制备方法;本发明通过制备超支化聚醚环氧树脂,增加了环氧树脂的分枝基团数量化,使其在与固化剂接触时可以生成更为复杂的交联网络,增强环氧树脂的强度,使水泥砂浆的强度上升;同时本发明制备的改性环氧树脂中还接枝由硅氧烷基团,利用硅氧键的强极性与高键能,增强环氧树脂的耐高温与耐氧化能力;同时由于超支化聚合物性质,本发明制备的改性环氧树脂粘度降低,不需额外添加环氧树脂稀释剂即可与水泥、细骨料等材料混合,避免了由于稀释剂过多造成的砂浆内气泡密集,影响砂浆强度的现象。
