Incombustible silicate composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a non-combustible silicate composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing plastic hollow microspheres containing gas, Al (OH) 3, Na2xSiyO2y + x or (Na2O) x (SiO2) y and K2SiO3 to prepare a dipping solution; (2) randomly and uniformly distributing the carbon fiber sections or the glass fiber sections with different lengths on a plane, and bonding by using a bonding agent to obtain a needle felt; dipping the needle felt in the dipping solution obtained in the step (1); (3) drying the needle felt obtained by dipping in the step (2), and partially curing the needle felt to obtain a prepreg; and (4) pressing a group of prepregs obtained in the step (3) to obtain a finished product of the non-combustible silicate composite material.
本发明公开了一种不燃性硅酸盐复合材料的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)将内含气体的塑料空心微球、Al(OH)3、Na2xSiyO2y+x或(Na2O)x•(SiO2)y和K2SiO3混合制备浸渍溶液;(2)将长度不一的碳纤维段或玻璃纤维段在平面上随机且均匀地分布,并使用粘合剂进行粘合,得到针毡;将针毡浸渍于步骤(1)得到的浸渍溶液中;(3)将步骤(2)中浸渍得到的针毡烘干,使之部分固化,得到预浸料;(4)对一组步骤(3)得到的预浸料进行压制,得到不燃性硅酸盐复合材料的成品。
