PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fire resistance by preventing that high-temperature gas penetrates an incombustible decorative material A and comes in the backside even if the surface is exposed to flame such as fire disasters, and to save adhesion of a decorative surface layer 10.SOLUTION: An incombustible decorative material A comprises: a backing 1 consisting of inorganic materials such as a volcanic glassy bilayer plate; an incombustible coating film 3 provided on the surface of the backing 1 and having gas shielding effect; a primer layer 7 laminated on the incombustible coating film 3; and a surface coating film 8 provided on the primer layer 7 to fix a decorative surface layer 10. The incombustible coating film 3 comprises layering clay mineral and resin having bloating tendency that bloat in water when painted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】火災等の炎に表面が曝されても高温ガスが不燃性化粧材Ａを透過して裏側に進入しないようにして耐火性を向上させるとともに、表面化粧層１０の密着性を確保する。【解決手段】不燃性化粧材Ａは、火山性ガラス質複層板等の無機材料からなる基材１と、この基材１の表面に設けられ、気体遮蔽効果を有する不燃性塗膜３と、不燃性塗膜３の上に積層されたプライマー層７と、このプライマー層７の上に設けられ、表面化粧層１０を固定するための表面塗膜８とを備えている。不燃性塗膜３は、塗料化に伴って水中で膨潤する膨潤性を有する層状粘土鉱物と樹脂とを備えてなる。【選択図】図１
