Composite thermal insulation material and production process thereof
The invention discloses a composite thermal insulation material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a fiber composition, 5-10 parts of a filling material, 10-20 parts of aggregate, 3-5 parts of an expansion composition and 1-2 parts of an additive composition, wherein the fiber composition is a combination of gas phase flame retardant fibers or condensed phase flame retardant fibers; wherein the gas-phase flame-retardant fiber is formed by adding an inhibitor in a fiber forming process; the condensed-phase flame-retardant fiber is formed by adding a flame retardant in a fiber forming process; the filling material is one or a combination of more of redispersible latex powder and polymer resin; the composite thermal insulation material provided by the invention has good strength and flame retardant property, and can be used and constructed in various ways, for example, a coating can be formed in a coating way, and the composite thermal insulation material can be made into a thermal insulation board or a thermal insulation brick for use in a forming way; materials and time are saved, direct smearing is achieved, procedures such as screeding, opposite sealing and bonding of similar polystyrene boards are omitted, the utilization rate is high, and leftover materials are avoided.
本发明公开了一种复合型保温材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:纤维组合物30~50、填充材料5~10、骨料10~20、膨胀组合物3~5、助剂组合物1~2;其中纤维组合物是气相阻燃纤维或凝聚相阻燃纤维的组合;其中气相阻燃纤维是在纤维成型过程中增加抑制剂;凝聚相阻燃纤维是在纤维成型过程中增加阻燃剂;填充材料是可再分散乳胶粉、高分子树脂中的一种或多种的组合;本发明提供一种复合型保温材料具有良好的强度以及阻燃性能,而且可以通过各种方式使用以及施工,例如可以通过涂覆的方式形成涂层,可以通过成型的方式制成保温板或保温砖使用;节省材料和时间,直接涂抹,免除了类似苯板需冲筋对封粘结等工序,利用率高,没有边角料。
