Preparation method of gel casting ceramic green body
The invention provides a preparation method of a gel casting ceramic green body, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing raw materials for forming the green body in an environment with the temperature of 15-25 DEG C and the humidity of 30-50%, reacting in a mold, and taking out from the mold; (2) then placing on a flat and breathable mesh screen, and standing for 8-12 hours in an environment with the temperature of 10-25 DEG C and the humidity of 70%-90%; (3) soaking in an organic solvent or an aqueous solution of the organic solvent for 0.5-4 hours; and 4) taking out from the organic solvent or the organic solvent aqueous solution, wiping to remove surface liquid, and then standing in a well ventilated environment with the temperature of 15-25 DEG C and the humidity of 20-45% for 6-12 hours. The preparation method is mild in condition, short in drying time and simple to operate; and the finally formed green body is low in deformation rate, small in shrinkage rate and high in dimensional stability.
