Sintering method of gel casting ceramic green body
The invention provides a sintering method of a gel casting ceramic green body. The sintering method comprises the following steps: a) pre-drying the green body in a drying oven at 50-80 DEG C for 0.5-3 hours; and b) sintering the pre-dried green body in a high-temperature kiln. According to the sintering method disclosed by the invention, the problem that the ball milling time is relatively difficult to control due to a multi-time charging technology is avoided through a one-time charging technology for the aluminum oxide ceramic slurry, the stability of slurry of different batches is improved, rubber discharging and presintering are not needed, and the green body treatment process is reduced; the formed ceramic product is in a size range of more than 30mm, and the dimensional tolerance can be controlled within 1%.
本发明提供一种凝胶注模陶瓷生坯的烧结方法,包括如下步骤:a)将生坯置于50~80℃烘箱预烘0.5~3h;b)将预烘后的生坯置于高温窑炉中进行烧结处理。本发明的烧结方法中,氧化铝陶瓷浆料通过一次加料技术,避免了多次加料技术带来的球磨时间较难控制的问题,提高了不同批次料浆之间的稳定性,不需要进行排胶预烧结,减少了生坯处理过程;形成的陶瓷制品在30mm以上的尺寸范围内,尺寸公差可控制在1%以内。
