The invention provides an antibacterial functional ceramic tile prepared from textile wastes and a preparation method thereof. A green body of the ceramic tile comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-50% of kaolin, 20-40% of quartz sand, 10-30% of chalk powder and 5-20% of fiber powder; wherein the raw material of the fiber powder is textile waste, and the textile waste contains an antibacterial finishing agent. The preparation method of the ceramic tile with the antibacterial function comprises the following steps: mixing the kaolin, the quartz sand, the chalk powder and the fiber powder to obtain a mixture; carrying out compression molding on the mixture to obtain a blank body; and calcining the blank body, and carrying out cooling and heat preservation treatment to obtain the functional ceramic tile. The functional ceramic tile not only has an antibacterial function, but also is good in sound insulation and sound absorption effect, diversified in function and simple in preparation process, and other organic materials do not need to be additionally added.
本发明提供了一种利用纺织废弃物制备的抗菌功能瓷砖及其制备方法。以重量百分比计,该瓷砖的胚体原料包括:高岭土20%‑50%,石英砂20%‑40%,白垩粉10%‑30%,纤维粉5%‑20%;其中,所述纤维粉的原料为纺织废弃物,并且,所述纺织废弃物含有抗菌整理剂。上述抗菌功能瓷砖的制备方法包括:将高岭土、石英砂、白垩粉、纤维粉混合得到混合料;将所述混合料压制成型,得到胚体;将胚体进行煅烧、降温保温处理,得到所述功能瓷砖。该功能瓷砖不仅具备抗菌功能,且隔音吸音效果好,功能多样化,制备过程简单,不需要额外添加其他有机材料。
