The invention provides a reparation method of a functional ceramic tile. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating a green body, providing a powder, coating the surface of the green body with the powder through a high-energy spraying technology to form a coating, and subjecting the coating to aftertreatment. The preparation method is simple in process, the surface of the green body is coated with the powder through the high-energy spraying technology to form instantaneous high energy in the coating preparation process, effective deposition of functional components can be guaranteed, adverse factors such as phase change, oxidation and melting caused by long-time high temperature can be reduced or avoided, and the heating efficiency of the ceramic tile is improved; and meanwhile, due to regulation and control optimization of the high-energy spraying technology process, the temperature and the speed in the material deposition process can be accurately controlled, the deposition efficiency and the use performance of the material can be improved on the premise that metal alloy oxidation is avoided, and the method is suitable for deposition of most materials and facilitates promotion of development of various novel functional ceramic tiles.
