MoSi2-rich high-temperature anti-oxidation coating on surface of SiC-Si coated carbon/carbon composite material and preparation method
The invention relates to a MoSi2-rich high-temperature anti-oxidation coating on the surface of a SiC-Si coated carbon/carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, a slurry brushing method is adopted, absolute ethyl alcohol, a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) binder and Mo powder serve as raw materials to prepare an original Mo coating on the surface of a sample, and then a Mo5Si3 porous layer is obtained through heat treatment; and finally, filling pores with liquid silicon at a high temperature, and reacting with Mo5Si3 to prepare the MoSi2-rich multiphase inlaid coating. The method is simple in process and low in cost, the phase composition of the final coating can be indirectly regulated and controlled by adjusting the thickness of the coating and changing the proportion of Mo powder added into slurry through the number of times of brushing, or the efficiency of converting the Mo layer into the Mo5Si3 porous layer is promoted by properly increasing the heat treatment temperature and prolonging the time, and meanwhile the pore size of the porous layer is adjusted, so that the coating is obtained. And furthermore, the phase distribution conditions of MoSi2 and Si in the coating are optimized. Finally, a simple and effective method is provided for designing a MoSi2-based anti-oxidation coating system and improving the anti-oxidation performance of the MoSi2-based anti-oxidation coating system.
本发明涉及一种SiC‑Si包覆碳/碳复合材料表面富含MoSi2高温抗氧化涂层及制备方法,首先采用料浆涂刷法以无水乙醇、聚乙烯醇(PVA)粘结剂和Mo粉为原料在试样表面制备Mo原始涂层,其次通过热处理获得Mo5Si3多孔层,最后在高温下利用液态硅填充孔隙并与Mo5Si3反应制备出富含MoSi2的多相镶嵌涂层。该方法工序简单、成本低,可通过涂刷次数调节涂层的厚度,改变加入料浆中Mo粉的占比间接调控最终涂层的物相组成,亦或是通过适当提高热处理温度和延长时间来促进Mo层转变成Mo5Si3多孔层的效率,同时调节多孔层的孔隙尺寸,进而优化涂层中MoSi2和Si相分布情况。最终为设计MoSi2基抗氧化涂层体系及提高其抗氧化性能提供了一种简单有效的方法。
