The invention relates to the technical field of road pavement paving thickness measurement, in particular to a road pavement paving thickness measuring device with a drilling-in type structure. The drilling device comprises a supporting device and a drilling assembly installed at the bottom end of the supporting device, the drilling assembly comprises a starting device, an inner core is arranged at the inner end of a drill bit, a top bead is arranged at the bottom end of the inner core and matched with the bottom end of the drill bit in a sleeved mode, the inner core is sleeved with an inflation cavity, and the inflation cavity is sleeved with a clamping ring. According to the device, a starting device drives a drill bit to conduct drilling treatment on the thickness of pavement cement (not dry), the drill bit rotates and moves downwards along with the starting device, an inflation cavity is clamped and limited by a clamping ring, an inner core overcomes cement resistance and keeps static relative to the inner end of the drill bit, and when the drill bit touches the bottom, a top ball moves towards the inner end of the drill bit; the inflation cavity and the clamping ring are not fixed, the inner core moves upwards, and the pavement paving thickness can be measured by observing the position where the outer side of the drill bit is flush with the cement surface.
