Rapid transformation method for variable-height prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge obstructing navigation
The invention provides a rapid transformation method of a variable-height prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge obstructing navigation, which comprises the following steps of: transforming a main bridge of an old bridge obstructing navigation, constructing a newly-built main bridge by adopting a through type simply supported steel truss bridge or a steel structure tied-arch bridge, constructing newly-built approach bridges on two sides and connecting the newly-built approach bridges with an approach bridge of the old bridge, and completely utilizing the approach bridge of the old bridge. The route vertical curve of the transformed bridge is consistent with that of an old bridge. The beam height of the through steel truss bridge or the steel structure tied-arch bridge is about 1/15-1/10 of the distance between two trusses or arch ribs in the transverse bridge direction. According to the method, the transformation range is remarkably reduced, the existing bridge is reserved and utilized to the maximum extent while the channel grade is improved, resource waste is avoided, the engineering cost is reduced, the line shape index of the transformed bridge is not reduced, the newly-built main bridge can be quickly installed, and the transformation period is remarkably shortened.
本发明提供一种碍航的变高度预应力混凝土连续梁桥的快速化改造方法,该方法为仅将碍航老桥的主桥进行改造,采用下承式简支钢桁架桥或钢结构系杆拱桥构建新建主桥,两侧构建新建引桥与老桥引桥相接,老桥的引桥完全利用,改造后桥梁的路线竖曲线与老桥一致。所述下承式钢桁架桥或钢结构系杆拱桥的梁高约为横桥向两片桁架或拱肋间距的1/15~1/10。本发明显著缩小了改造范围,在实现航道等级提升的同时最大限度的保留利用了既有桥梁,避免了资源浪费,降低了工程造价,改造后桥梁的路线线形指标不降低,可以实现新建主桥的快速安装,显著缩短改造工期。
