And the sectional dimensions of the flanged conical surface through hole and the shell are gradually increased from the near-road side to the far-road side. The sound-absorbing and sound-insulating wall can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency to achieve the effect of a street lamp, and meanwhile has the excellent sound-absorbing and sound-insulating effects.
