Retard-bonded prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a retard-bonded prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device and a construction method thereof, and aims to provide the retard-bonded prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device capable of effectively preventing water seepage between a sleeve and a basement bottom plate under the condition that the anti-floating requirement of a basement is met. The slow-bonding prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device and the construction method of the slow-bonding prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device are used for solving the problems. The retard-bonded prestressed anti-floating anchor rod connecting device comprises an upper anchoring device and a lower anchoring device, wherein the upper anchoring device comprises an upper anchorage device fixed on the upper surface of a basement bottom plate and an upper steel strand or an upper steel bar embedded in the basement bottom plate; the anti-floating anchor pile is located below the basement bottom plate; and the lower prestressed anchoring device comprises a lower anchorage device embedded in the lower part of the anti-floating anchor pile, a prestressed anchorage device fixed at the pile top of the anti-floating anchor pile and a retard-bonded prestressed steel strand embedded in the anti-floating anchor pile.
