The invention relates to the field of prestressed uplift pile construction, in particular to a retard-bonded prestressed uplift pile construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, pile hole excavation, S2, prestressed tendon binding, S3, reinforcement cage hoisting, S4, primary pouring, S5, foundation pit excavation, S6, pile breaking, S7, secondary pouring and S8, tensioning. By adopting the mode of firstly forming the pile and then excavating the foundation pit, large-scale pile forming equipment which is inconvenient to go into the foundation pit can carry out construction operation above the ground. Therefore, a narrow operation space in the deep foundation pit is eliminated, and equipment can enter and exit from the foundation pit more conveniently. The method has the advantages that the construction period of the retard-bonded prestressed uplift pile in a deep foundation pit project is shortened, and the uplift pile is prevented from being scrapped.
