Cast-in-place pile construction method
A cast-in-place pile construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a cast-in-place pile drilling machine is assembled; 2) debugging and operating a cast-in-place pile drilling machine; (3) the cast-in-place pile drilling machine rotates and drills downwards; (4) stirring and grouting by a cast-in-place pile drilling machine; and 5) standing and curing the cast-in-place pile to form the pile. The cast-in-place pile construction method has the advantages of being convenient to construct, low in equipment net height, flexible to move, convenient to install, high in operation efficiency and the like, connection between drill rods and drill bits and connection between the drill rods are reliable, disassembly is convenient, the drill bits at the front end of a drilling machine and alloy tool bits on inclined rods can conduct drilling and stirring at the same time, and meanwhile a lower circular ring on the drill bits can effectively protect the hole wall; the hole forming quality of the cast-in-place pile is guaranteed, the construction requirements of low clearance areas with limited height and close to surrounding buildings are met, and the construction efficiency of the cast-in-place pile is effectively improved.
