The invention discloses an anti-seepage treatment method for a collapsed accumulation body, relates to the field of anti-seepage engineering, and solves the problems that gaps of arc block stones in the collapsed accumulation body are large, underground water flows, and if grouting is directly carried out, an anti-seepage wall cannot be formed. According to the technical scheme, the anti-seepage treatment method for the collapsed accumulation body comprises the steps that firstly, a construction platform is formed on the surface layer of the collapsed accumulation body, the position of an anti-seepage wall is determined, and a drilling position is marked; secondly, drilling holes in the drilling positions, filling the drilled holes with gravel sand, vibrating the drilled holes, and filling gaps between the drilled holes and the collapsed accumulation body with the gravel sand in a manner of circularly drilling and filling the drilled holes with the gravel sand; and finally, drilling is conducted on all the drilling positions again, grouting is conducted, and the complete diaphragm wall is formed. According to the method, the gravel sand is filled into the drill hole and vibrated, gaps in the collapsed accumulation body are sealed, the flow speed and flow of underground water are reduced, after grouting, the gravel sand and grout are well combined, and the ideal seepage-proofing effect is achieved.
