Two sets of first motors are started, when the left end of a first connecting rod is lifted, the right end of a second connecting rod is lifted, meanwhile, the second connecting rod starts to move along a guide groove through a sliding block, soft materials penetrate through filtering holes to enter a first material storage cavity, and meanwhile the smashed materials can be discharged through a plurality of sets of through holes; and gaps generated after first-time material scraping can be filled under secondary material scraping of the second material scraping block, secondary repairing can be conducted on a base layer in the using process, and meanwhile solidified materials are smashed.
