Upright climbing device with I-shaped steel structure
An I-shaped steel structure stand column climbing device comprises a climbing mechanism and a sitting and leaning mechanism fixedly installed on the climbing mechanism. The climbing mechanism comprises a left climbing mechanism and a right climbing mechanism which are the same in structure; the right climbing mechanism comprises a concave clamping head and a shoe plate which are integrally arranged, the shoe plate is fixed on the concave clamping head, a mounting seat is arranged at the rear part of the shoe plate, and the sitting and leaning mechanism is mounted on the mounting seat. A clamping groove is formed in the concave clamping head in the width direction of the concave clamping head, shaft holes are formed in the two sides of the clamping groove in the width direction of the concave clamping head respectively, the cross section of each shaft hole is in a major arc shape with a notch, and the notches of the shaft holes are located in the clamping groove and oppositely arranged. Strip-shaped clamping plates are arranged on the portions, located outside the notches of the corresponding shaft holes, of the rotating shaft in the length direction of the rotating shaft. According to the device, the rotating clamping plates are arranged at the two ends of the clamping groove of the concave clamping head, the contact area and friction force are large, and safety is guaranteed; and the seat is further arranged, so that the comfort degree of high-altitude operation of workers is guaranteed.
一种工字钢结构立柱攀爬装置,包括攀爬机构和安装固定在攀爬机构上的坐靠机构。攀爬机构包括结构相同的左攀爬机构和右攀爬机构;右攀爬机构包括有一体设置的凹型卡头和鞋板,鞋板固定在凹型卡头上,鞋板后部设置有一安装座,该安装座上安装坐靠机构。凹型卡头沿其宽度方向设有卡槽,在卡槽的两侧分别沿其宽度方向设有轴孔,轴孔的横截面均为具有缺口的优弧形,且轴孔的缺口均位于卡槽内并相对设置,轴孔内转动配合安装有转轴,转轴上位于对应轴孔缺口外的部分分别沿转轴的长度方向设置有条形的夹持板。本装置在凹型卡头的卡槽两端设有转动的夹持板,接触面积和摩擦力大,保证安全性;还设置有坐椅,保证了工人高空作业的舒适度。
