The third layer (40) is configured to be mounted on a support substrate (60); and the second layer (30) and the first layer (20) extend in a direction away from the support substrate (60); the second layer (30) is more flexible than the first layer (20) or the third layer (40) such that a pivotable connection is formed between the first layer (20) and the third layer (40).
