The invention discloses a process for preparing steel slag cement concrete from converter steel slag, and relates to the field of concrete preparation.The process comprises the steps that 1/2 of water and a concrete reinforcing agent are added into a mixing machine to be stirred, cement, steel slag, sand and gravel are added after uniform stirring, stirring continues to be conducted, and a mixture A is obtained after uniform stirring; adding the rest 1/2 of the water reducing agent, the curing agent and the defoaming agent into the mixing machine, stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture B, adding the mixture B into the mixture A, continuously stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the steel slag cement concrete. The cement and the steel slag serve as main raw materials, a large amount of steel slag can be turned into wealth and fully utilized, the environment is protected, meanwhile, resource waste is avoided, then the concrete reinforcing agent is added, the mechanical property of the steel slag cement concrete is improved, and the defect that existing steel slag cement concrete is prone to cracking is overcome.
