The invention discloses a process for preparing steel slag powder concrete. The process comprises the following steps: S1, treating by adopting a hot braising treatment process; s2, performing multi-stage crushing, screening and magnetic separation treatment; s3, the premix is completed; s4, mixing to generate the steel slag powder concrete. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the fineness of the steel slag material is controlled to be small enough under the control of multi-stage crushing and grinding of the ball mill, the slag iron material in the steel slag material is removed through multi-stage magnetic separation and screening, the activity of the whole steel slag material is improved, the activity of the steel slag material after being mixed with concrete is ensured, and the service life of the steel slag material is prolonged. Meanwhile, the steel slag material is used for replacing stone by about 30%, the compressive strength and tensile property of the concrete can be greatly improved by the replacement amount of 30%, the volume stability of the concrete cannot be affected, and it is guaranteed that basic formation of the concrete cannot be changed.
