The invention discloses a bamboo reinforced geopolymer composite board and a preparation method thereof. The bamboo reinforced geopolymer composite board comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 155-220 parts of geopolymer slurry; 5 to 30 parts of bamboo wood; 0.5 to 8 parts of an interface compatibilizer; the interface compatibilizer is prepared from chlorinated polypropylene, polyacrylate microgel, telechelic carboxyl-terminated polybutadiene and silicone acrylic emulsion. The toughness of the geopolymer is properly adjusted through combination and matching of bamboo materials of different dimensions and different scales, and the brittleness problem of the geopolymer is effectively solved. The efficient interface compatibilizer is prepared from silicone acrylic emulsion, liquid rubber, polyacrylate microgel and chlorinated polypropylene, the interface compatibilizer has a good infiltration effect on the surface of the bamboo wood, macromolecular chain segment interpenetration can be formed between the interface compatibilizer and geopolymer slurry, the toughness of geopolymers is improved, and the toughness of the bamboo wood is improved. And the problem of interface bonding between the bamboo wood and the geopolymer is innovatively solved.
