Preparation method of novel composite cement-based grouting material
The invention provides a preparation method of a novel composite cement-based grouting material. The novel composite cement-based grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-91% of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 4-10% of silica fume, 5-20% of metakaolin, 0.05-0.20% of a water reducing agent and 60-75% of water. According to the method, the industrial waste residues are utilized, meanwhile, the use of cement is reduced, pollution is reduced, the cost is saved, the compressive and flexural mechanical properties of the grouting material can be effectively improved, the stone rate of the grouting material is increased, and wide application of the grouting material is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种新型复合水泥基注浆材料的制备方法,包括以下质量分数的原料组成:P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥70~91%、硅灰4~10%、偏高岭土5~20%、减水剂0.05~0.20%和水60~75%。将硅灰与偏高岭土以不同比例双掺得到复合水泥基注浆材料,本发明方法在将工业废渣利用的同时,不仅减少水泥的使用,降低了污染,节约了成本,还可有效地提高注浆材料其抗压抗折力学性能,提高注浆材料的结石率,有利于其广泛应用。

The invention provides a preparation method of a novel composite cement-based grouting material. The novel composite cement-based grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-91% of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 4-10% of silica fume, 5-20% of metakaolin, 0.05-0.20% of a water reducing agent and 60-75% of water.
