The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of cement-based grouting materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a novel composite cement-based grouting material, which comprises the following steps: adding a proper amount of limestone into a mixture, adding a water reducing agent, uniformly stirring, finally adding carbon nanotubes, adding distilled water while stirring until the mixture has proper flowability, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the novel composite cement-based grouting material. Step 2, slowly adding a proper amount of a slurry reinforcing agent into the second mixture generated in the step 2, uniformly stirring, adding a stabilizer into the mixture obtained in the step 3, and synchronously stirring to form an adsorption hydration layer; the compressive strength and the tensile strength of the novel composite cement-based grouting material are both improved, in addition, a stabilizer is added into the composite grouting material, an adsorption hydration layer is formed, cement particles are bridged to form a net structure, and the stability of grout is further improved.
