The invention relates to the technical field of filling materials, in particular to a foamed porous ultrahigh-water material and a preparation method thereof. The foamed porous ultrahigh-water material is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, alkali metal salt, a water reducing agent and a dispersing agent in a mass ratio of (95-98): (0.1-1): (0.5-2): (0.1-2), and a foaming agent and a foaming agent A in a mass ratio of (0.1-2): (0.5-5), the raw materials for forming the material B comprise gypsum, lime and aggregate in a mass ratio of (10-50): (10-50): (10-40), and a foaming agent B, a dispersing agent and an accelerator in a mass ratio of (0.1-2): (0.5-10): (0.1-5). The foamed porous ultrahigh-water-content material has a honeycomb porous structure, is foamed on the whole, can adsorb soluble salt and gas, is high in pressure resistance and can be effectively used for filling in the coal mining process.
