The invention provides a railway track attitude measurement method, a railway track attitude measurement device and a railway track attitude measurement operation system. A laser transmitter for transmitting a laser beam is arranged at a starting point position of a track to be measured, and a laser receiver for receiving the laser beam is arranged at a target position of the track to be measured. The laser receiver can move along the track to be measured according to a set step length. Every time the laser receiver moves, the coordinates of the laser receiving point can be detected, which means that a plurality of position coordinates on the moving path of the laser receiver, namely the coordinates of the track point of the track to be measured, can be obtained. The actual attitude parameters of the track to be measured can be obtained by using the linear propagation characteristic of the laser, the emission point coordinates of the laser emission and the coordinates of each track point. According to the method, manual intervention is not needed for the measurement scheme of the railway track attitude, the safety risk is reduced, errors generated by manual operation can be avoided through the automatic detection technology, and higher accuracy is achieved.
